They are in charge of ensuring that deliveries are made in a timely manner, keeping accurate records of deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to customers or clients. They generally load and unload goods, inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, follow driving regulations and safety standards. Additionally, they might be required to report any incidents they encounter while making a delivery to a supervisor.
