XCT Inc. is a Veteran owned, Southern California based trucking company looking for OTR drivers able to operate independently.

To qualify with XCT Inc., you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 25 years old
Clean CDL-A holder
Minimum 2 years current verifiable OTR experience
No DUI within 5 years
Able to pass DOT approved drug test (urine and hair)
Current Medical Certificate
Be able to drive back to back schedule (3000-3500 miles a week)
Responsibilities:

Acknowledge receipt of pick-up and delivery instructions
Submit signed BOLs promptly after delivery
Inspect equipment for mechanical and safety issues
Proficiently use electronic equipment and software to plan routes and meet delivery schedules (GPS, ELD, Phone/Tablet)
Comply with FMCSA and other applicable rules and regulations
Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Ability to exercise good judgement, take initiative and be flexible
Report defects, accidents or violations promptly
Base pay:

Up to 0.57 CPM - All miles paid (We average between 3000-3500 miles a week)
Benefits:

Independent contractor (1099-MISC) conversion to Permanent hire (W2) with benefits after 3 months
Up to 0.57 CPM paid weekly via Direct Deposit
Back to back schedule to maximize loads/miles
Flexible Home Time - 2W Out 3D Home OR 3W Out 5D Home

Bonuses per driver:

After 60 days: $500.00
After 6 months: $500.00
After 12 months: $1,000.00
***End of year bonus based on performance and a tier based safety metrics bonus paid out quarterly***

WE DO NOT TRAIN FOR OTR POSITIONS, DRIVERS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!

Pay: $77,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
