Position: OTR Reefer Team Truck Drivers Areas Driven: Lower 48 States Schedule: Drivers are out for 3-4 weeks with 4-5 days home time You qualify if: License: Valid Class A CDL Experience: Minimum 24 months of verifiable driving experience, including OTR Must have experience driving in the North East (Black Ice) Record: Clean driving record with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years Violations: No major/serious violations in the last 3 years Accidents: 3 or fewer accidents in the last 3 years, no DOT recordable accidents Company Benefits: 100% Employee Owned (ESOP) Matching 401(k) up to 6% Competitive pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile (based on experience) Additional bonuses up to $0.04 per mile for on-time pay and minimum miles Health, dental, and vision insurance Vacation time Pay attention: Our trucks are equipped with an APU inverter and a mattress, with space for additional amenities like a fridge or microwave Drivers run both days and nights, with OTR routes available New Pay Structure: 81cpm
