Childcare School Age Floater/Bus Driver

Overlake Academy in Tooele, Utah is a licensed childcare center seeking Floater Teachers! Age groups: School Age/Bus Driver To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED. Must be CPR certified and have Utah state coursework completed or willing to complete upon hire. Must be willing to drive bus. MUST BE 23+ YEARS OF AGE. Main Job Responsibilities:

• Willi ngness to effectively substitute for any position as needed. This includes covering staff members' breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.

• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher .

• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role .
