We are seeking a reliable and dedicated truck driver to join our team. As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for regional deliveries within Ohio, surrounding states, and the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy a balance of over-the-road travel and regional routes.

Key Points and Responsibilities:

• Up to 7 days out on the road.
• Regional deliveries in Ohio, surrounding states, and the Midwest.
• 1,500-2,000 average weekly miles with somewhere between 15 and 25 stops.
• Low to no downtime with freight contracted in advance.
• Must perform driver-assisted unloads
• Must contact stops to provide ETAs
• Transport freight using well-maintained Peterbilt 579s, Kenworth T680s, and Freightliner Cascadias hauling 53' dry van trailers.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and performance.
• Trucks are parked at the terminal for home time.

Compensation:

• Average annual earnings of $75,000.
• $0.60 per mile for book miles.
• $0.02 per mile touch freight bonus.
• $0.02 per mile quarterly safety/performance bonus.
• $20 per stop after the first stop.
• $40 per job site.
• $10 cell phone stipend per check

Requirements

• Valid Class A (CDL)
• 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Willingness to touch freight
• Strong driving record with minimal to no violations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
