Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator – SpiderPlow

 Location: Remote/U.S based (100% travel required)

We are actively seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team! In this role, you will gain expertise in safely operating a SpiderPlow cable & pipe laying plow and winch crawler.

Responsibilities include safely operating industrial equipment, inspecting trucks before and after use, communicating maintenance and repair needs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

 4-7 years of Heavy Equipment Operating Experience in Underground Utilities Construction (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

 Solar/wind farm experience is a plus

 Excavator/forklift/construction equipment operation experience preferred

 Willingness to perform laborer work

 Ability to work as a team member with a professional manner and positive attitude

 Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks

 Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment

 Mechanical inclination and attention to detail

 High School diploma/GED preferred

 Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends

 Valid Driver's license

 Clear communication skills via phone and email
