Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction work including grout, block, brick, and stone tasks. You will be working on various projects such as schools, apartment complexes, fire stations, and condos.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and backhoes.
Perform masonry work including brick, block, and stone tasks.
Follow safety protocols and attend mandatory safety and scaffold training.
Ensure all work is completed with precision and care.
Report directly to the site and work in the field 100% of the time.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Proficiency in operating excavators, dozers, and backhoes.
Strong masonry skills including brick, block, and stone work.
Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA 10 training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with brick and stone restoration.
Ability to work on a variety of construction projects.

Work Environment
You will be reporting directly to the site and working in the field 100% of the time. Safety training, including scaffold training and OSHA 10, will be provided on the first day. You will need to bring your own work boots, tool belt, tape measure, and straight claw hammer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
