A Day in the Life of a Home Health Aide (HHA/NAR/CNA)

As a Home Health Aide, you will be a vital part of the home care and hospice team, working alongside nurses and therapists to assist patients with daily living activities that enhance their comfort, safety, and independence. You will provide essential personal care, assist with mobility, and support patients' emotional well-being. Your keen observation and communication skills will help ensure changes in a patient's condition are promptly addressed. Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid MN Driver's License
• Completion of a home health training and competency evaluation or competency evaluation
• MN Registered Nursing Assistant

Preferred

• Previous home care experience

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
