Roller Operator & CDL Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Roller Operator: Operate roller, assist in preparing and smoothing materials for paving jobs, working with the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

CDL Driver: Transport materials to residential and comercial job sites, and supporting the crew in maintaining safety and quality throughout the job.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must take pride in producing high-quality work. Previous labor experience is a plus but not required—training is available for the right candidates. Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to the success of the team.

Employment Type:

Full-time position (Monday through Friday) Overtime may be required during the busy season.

Jobs will be on-site at residential and commercial properties across Southern NH and Northern MA.
